Stone Pit Blasting

We've been blasting for oil companies all over Northwest and Central Pennsylvania. Our reputation is known for getting in and getting the job done on time, and getting the job done right for a competitive price.

We've been shooting stone pits, making useable stones for roads and locations and shooting boulders to make way, throughout the area. We also shoot frac pits for shallow wells and up to 8 million gallon pits for deep wells.

Drilling and shooting is faster and 25% of the cost of ripping and pecking.

This pile is from the test hole, 20 feet deep, still all 100% useable stone. Usability depends on the geology of the rock. Mud seams, voids and water are variables that mean it is not possible to get 100% usabiltiy in all situations.
